Morgan (Mo) Heim is a photographer and a filmmaker, former scientist and current science groupie. She works as a producer at Day’s Edge Productions, and is a fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP). Her work appears in such outlets as BBC Wildlife, Smithsonian, Nature Conservancy and WWF Magazine. Her film, The Snow Guardian, won second place in the Film4Climate Competition of COP 23, and had the distinction of becoming a climate change story with a 96 percent approval rating. She recently published her still-running investigative project on the environmental impacts of trespass marijuana grows in bioGraphic, and is a National Geographic grantee for her collaboration on urban coyotes.
