Danielle Vilaplana studied Anthropology and Globalization Studies at The Ohio State University. She has hiked the Appalachian Trail, the Arizona Trail and most of the Continental Divide Trail. She is planning to hike the Hayduke Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail soon, and delve deeper into her work as an environmental writer and photographer.
