Hannah is an undergraduate at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she is an Anthropology major and Public Policy Studies minor with a concentration in development. She was born and raised in New York, but it was her time spent in Taos, New Mexico, and the Southwest that inspired her keen interest in the environment, the multiplicity of world cultures and how the two connect. Her passion for traveling and studying has led her to a small Hungarian village in Transylvania, an archaeological dig in Jordan and construction work in Nicaragua. Her favorite animal is the camel.
