Harold Joe is a member of Quw'utsun (Cowichan) Tribes, working as a cultural consultant, archeology assistant, resource management technician and documentary filmmaker. Harold is an environmental steward with an aim to preserve and teach the values and traditions of ancestral Cowichan culture. He offers his work through public and educational speaking engagements, youth workshops and documentary filmmaking.
