After years of interest and exposure to the high end antique, tribal and Asian art created by the indigenous peoples of the world, award winning and published art photographer j. Madison Rink set out one day to see if she could capture the essence of this extraordinary art in nature. With a keen interest in archetypal symbolism and its effectiveness as a universal language, along with an awareness of the extensive, rich, cultural and religious history of rock|stone, she chose geology as her canvas. The genesis of this unique, organic and deeply primal work continues to be strongly influenced and guided by the native spirits of the land.
