Jack was born in Newport, Oregon and grew up crabbing, fishing, and having fun in the surf. He attended college in Bend,Oregon, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Spanish. He spends his free time going out for runs, playing soccer, and playing the guitar. He became interested in Izilwane after doing some world travel and working on environmental conservation projects.
