Joel is a photographer based in Cincinnati, Ohio, who specializes in corporate, lifestyle/family and travel photography. He inherited his first camera from his father, a Minolta XE5, without any bells or whistles. Since then, he has learned how to take what he sees and translate it through a camera into images that others can see, touch and experience. He went to Madagascar in 2010 to participate in Earthwatch Institute's Carnivores of Madagascar Expedition.
