Born and based on the west coast of British Columbia, Oriane Lee's lifework is paradigm-shifting education for personal, organizational, environmental and cultural sustainability. As former program director for Hollyhock, Canada's leading residential learning center, she introduced Compassion in Action retreats to support activists. A trail ride in Ecuador initiated a compelling draw to horses, natural horsemanship and Equine Guided Learning. She found that horses liberate the imagination – leading her to Africa in 2010, first to Mozambique Horse Safari, then to a wildlife safari on horseback, and now to the Horses-in-Africa F.E.E.T. project in the Mavuradonha Wilderness of Zimbabwe.
