Voices for Biodiversity’s Program Manager, Kira Johnson was nominated for the Pritzker Emerging Environmental Genius Award in the fall of 2019. She was nominated for her work “elevating diverse voices in conservation” with Voices for Biodiversity. The award is given annually to a scientist, entrepreneur, engineer, activist or artist—under the age of 40—who stands poised to make a game-changing difference.
